CES Mail Communications, Inc. has been the primary retail sample production facility for the top laminate flooring producer in the US for almost 20 years. We have the experience, equipment, staff, and processes in place to make your sample production program a success.
What We Can Do
Our sample production department boasts an Austrian made Schelling scoring panel saw, the FH4, equipped with a 24-1/2 hp motor and various carbide and diamond tipped blades. Our dedication to quality is reflected in our choice of machinery – to produce the best samples, you have to invest in the best equipment! We know how to make your flooring sample look good.
CES has produced over 5.5 million laminate, hardwood, and vinyl flooring samples since 2013! We’ve produced samples for large scale big box retailers, as well as direct to consumer samples. Quality Controls
CES Mail has developed a sophisticated production protocol that assures our customers that they get the right sample, cut to the right size, made from the right flooring, labeled correctly, packaged appropriately, and palletized to your specifications. We can work with you or your graphic designers to create a labeling program that works for your market, and have already done all the testing to assure that you get a product that performs well in a retail or B2C environment.
